Our site is operated in partnership with Spire Technosoft, which provides the technology platform for our waitlist and internal admin tools. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Who is responsible for your information

DiVi Jewels is the brand responsible for how your launch interest and enquiries are used.

Spire Technosoft hosts the website and waitlist infrastructure on our behalf. Privacy questions may be sent to the contact details on our Support page.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the coming soon experience:

• Waitlist contact details: the email address or WhatsApp/mobile number you submit on “Notify Me”.
• Optional message context stored with your interest (for example, that you asked to be notified at launch).
• Technical data: standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) used for security and reliability.
• Admin access records: authorised DiVi and Spire staff may view waitlist entries in a protected admin console.

Information we do not collect on this site

The coming soon page does not process payments, create customer accounts, or sell products online today.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Record your request to be notified when DiVi Jewels launches.
• Contact you about launch updates, invitations, or early access where you have provided a reachable email or phone number.
• Respond to support or privacy enquiries you send to us.
• Maintain the security and performance of the website and waitlist service.

Legal bases (where applicable)

We process waitlist data based on your request to hear from us (consent / pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure launch programme.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the site:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication for waitlist storage (hosted infrastructure).
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Spire Technosoft — platform operator and authorised administrators for DiVi waitlist tools.

WhatsApp and messaging

If you submit a mobile number, we may use it to send launch-related messages via WhatsApp or SMS where permitted and where you have clearly opted in by providing that number on the notify form.

You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time using the contact details on our Support page.

Data retention

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them or until they are no longer needed for the launch programme, after which we delete or anonymise them where practicable.

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to waitlist data in admin tools is restricted to authenticated authorised users.

No online transmission or storage is completely risk-free; please only submit contact details you are comfortable sharing for launch communication.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist entry by emailing us (see Support).

Depending on your country or region, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Children

Our coming soon site and waitlist are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in data centres outside your country. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
