How we can help

Welcome to DiVi Jewels support. We are preparing to open our atelier online and appreciate your interest.

Use this page for questions about the coming soon website, the launch waitlist (“Notify Me”), privacy requests, or general enquiries before our full store opens.

We aim to respond within two business days. Complex requests may take a little longer.

Launch waitlist

If you signed up to be notified at launch and have not heard from us yet, please confirm you used a valid email or WhatsApp number on the form.

Check spam or filtered folders for email. For WhatsApp, ensure your number includes the correct country code.

To update your contact details, email us with your previous and new details.
To be removed from the waitlist, email us with “Remove from waitlist” in the subject or message.

Before you write to us

Including the following helps us resolve your request faster:

Your name (optional) and the email or phone number you used on the notify form.
A short description of your question or issue.
Screenshots if something on the site did not work as expected.
Device and browser (for example iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome) if reporting a technical problem.
Do not send passwords or payment card numbers — we do not collect them on the coming soon site.

Orders, shipping, and returns

Our online boutique is not open for purchases yet. When we launch, order, shipping, and return information will be published on the main website and in launch communications.

Until then, we cannot process product orders or repairs through this site.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, or deletion of waitlist data, email us with subject “DiVi Jewels — Privacy” or read our Privacy Policy.

We will verify your request using the contact information you originally provided where reasonable.

Press and partnerships

For press, styling, wholesale, or collaboration enquiries, email us with subject “DiVi Jewels — Partnerships” and a brief outline of your proposal.

Security concerns

If you believe someone has misused your information or accessed our systems improperly, contact us immediately with subject “DiVi Jewels — Security”.
